Please note that VIP tickets are non-refundable, and all VIP items excluding mailed invitations must be picked up at the Omaha Potter Faire. VIP Ticket Quantities are limited.
VIP Package contents change a little bit each year – items are subject to change and substitutions as we work to improve the VIP offerings in 2024!
Adult (13+) VIP Package
VIP Tickets are valid for both days of the Omaha Potter Faire, including unlimited reentry. Simply show your badge at the VIP Entrance, and come right on in! Your VIP Package is loaded into an Omaha Potter Faire natural cotton drawstring bag, and includes:
- 1 (One) 22oz souvenir mug. Mugs are provided by The Garbled Owl Butterbeer Shoppe, and the first fill of butterbeer is included! Your new mug can be refilled at The Garbled Owl Butterbeer Shoppe for just $2 during the Omaha Potter Faire! The mug entitles its bearer to discounted refills for life, at every event The Garbled Owl attends (refill pricing varies by event, and is typically $2 or $2.50). Choose between a frosted mug, or red, blue, green, or yellow, while supplies last.
- 1 (one) large (approx. 16″) owl, dragon, or unicorn, provided by Merlin’s Menagerie; available for purchase during the Faire for $24. These beautiful animals are soft, cuddly, and hand-stuffed right here in Omaha at Teddy Bear Connection in Westroads Mall. If you don’t see the animal you want to take home at Merlin’s Menagerie, you may bring the certificate included in your VIP Package to Teddy Bear Connection any time before July 31st, and redeem it for any large animal in the store!
- 1 (one) beautiful customized invitation to the Omaha Potter Faire. Each envelope is customized with your name and address, and mailed in advance. The invitations themselves are customized with your name as it appears on your ticket order. Orders placed without complete addresses will not receive mailed invitations; invitations will instead be printed with the venue address, and may be picked up at VIP Check-in during the Faire.
- 1 (one) professionally printed, durable plastic VIP Badge. New art is created each year for our VIP Badges.
- 1 (one) hand-made leather broom keychain, created by Rathburn’s Den!
- 1 (one) Omaha Potter Faire commemorative drawstring tote bag, which contains the rest of your VIP swag!
- 1 (one) beautiful oversized event map, produced using our new, improved parchment-style paper stock.
- All VIP ticket holders may enter 30 minutes before the gates open for all other ticket holders.
Child (5-12) VIP Package
VIP Tickets are valid for both days of the Omaha Potter Faire, including unlimited reentry. Simply show your badge at the VIP Entrance, and come right on in! Please note that minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Adult parents or guardians accompanying a minor must hold a valid ticket for each day. Parents or guardians who do not hold a VIP ticket may check in or purchase a General Admission ticket at the VIP line with each minor. Please note that candy items must be picked up at Honeypots (see map for location), as Chocolate Frogs must be refrigerated to prevent melting. We recommend picking them up for immediate consumption, or just before you leave.
- 1 (one) Omaha Potter Faire commemorative drawstring tote bag, which contains the rest of your VIP swag!
- First access to the Great Hall Players meet and greet session with the costumed cast at 2:45PM each day. Meet more than a dozen characters, portrayed by the Great Hall Players. Minors may be accompanied by an adult holding any ticket type.
- 1 (one) beautiful oversized event map, produced using our new, improved parchment-style paper stock.
- All VIP ticket holders may enter 30 minutes before the gates open for all other ticket holders. Minors who hold a VIP ticket may be accompanied by up to two adult parents or guardians who a ticket of any type.
