General Admission Tickets for the Omaha Potter Faire are generally refundable until 30 days before the day of the show. Refund requests made after the cutoff date may be approved on a case-by-case basis, in the event of extreme circumstances. VIP Tickets are non-refundable.

The Omaha Potter Faire is a rain-or-shine event, and refunds will not be offered due to unforeseen weather. If severe weather, such as a tornado, forces the closure of the venue on the day of the Faire, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the Faire. All tickets will be honored on the new date. If the event is rescheduled, some entertainment, vendors, and features may not be available. Under these circumstances, the organizers will make a good faith effort to reschedule or replace entertainment and features.

To request a refund, send an email to contact@omahapotterfaire.com from the email address used to book the tickets, and include the order number. Please note that our system does not allow partial refunds; we are only able to refund entire ticket orders.

The organizers of the Omaha Potter Faire reserve the right to limit or halt refunds at any time.

Q: If severe weather shuts down the venue, why can’t I get a refund?

A: The vast majority of proceeds from ticket sales are used to rent and purchase equipment and merchandise, hire entertainment and services, and secure the venue. By the time of the Faire, the funds simply aren’t available to refund more than a small percentage of tickets.
